This is an appeal from a judgment finding the uninsured motorist carrier for Budget Rent-A-Car liable for the plaintiffs' personal injuries sustained when their rented automobile was rear-ended by a pickup truck that fled from the scene after the collision. The occupants of the rented vehicle, Marvis Goodall Carriere, Hedrick Bickman, Mark Wiltz, and Freddie Winfield, consolidated their personal injury suits against Budget's uninsured motorist carrier...
