Ms. Bedina Coleman was convicted of five drug-related counts including conspiracy to distribute cocaine base in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846 (1988), unlawful interstate travel with the intent to distribute cocaine in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1952(a)(3) (1988), and three counts of distribution in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) (1988).
