This action arises out of Plaintiff Empire Bank's ("Empire") claim under a banker's blanket bond issued to Empire by Defendant Fidelity & Deposit Company of Maryland ("Fidelity"). Empire seeks recovery under the bond for losses it sustained as a result of the illegal banking transactions of Trula and Randall Walker between 1982 and 1986.
