Defendant, Lavel Lurks, appeals from his convictions and sentences for aggravated criminal sexual assault, aggravated kidnaping and armed robbery. We affirm. The trial court properly accepted the verdict despite two jurors' expressions of reservations about the verdict. Because the kidnaping was not merely incidental to the other offenses, we find that the separate conviction for that offense could stand...
