Jones, M.D., and Ophthalmology Associates of Mobile, P.A., appeal from a judgment entered on a jury verdict for the plaintiff, Ann McDonald, awarding $50,000 in her medical malpractice action. The issue is whether the "continuing treatment rule" operates to toll the running of the period...
