This is a personal injury case arising out of an automobile accident. The trial court entered judgment upon a jury verdict against appellants J & C Drilling Co. (J & C) and Javier Gonzales, jointly and severally, in favor of appellee Roman Salaiz in the amount of $141,732.69 and in favor of appellee Alejandro Garza in the amount of $3,438,630.24.
