Don P. Noffsinger pled no contest to and was convicted of a single count of second-degree theft, in violation of AS 11.46.130(a)(1). Superior Court Judge Mary E. Greene suspended the imposition of Noffsinger's sentence on condition that he serve ninety days in jail, pay $8,300 restitution, and complete five years of probation.
