This is an interlocutory appeal from the denial of a motion to compel arbitration and to stay proceedings in the trial court. Tana Oil & Gas Corporation sued Howell Crude Oil Company under theories of breach of contract, fraudulent misrepresentation, and quantum meruit, based on Howell's agreement to purchase crude oil from Tana and its subsequent failure to pay Tana for such oil.
