The Eisenbarths defaulted on a promissory note owing to First Interstate Bank of Idaho, N.A., that was secured by a deed of trust on property located in Canyon County. The Bank brought an action against the debtors in Ada County after a senior deed of trust was foreclosed and the property was purchased by the beneficiary of the senior deed of trust.
