SEARS, Justice.

Appellant was charged with indecency with a child. On August 8, 1991, he pled nolo contendere. The Court took the case under advisement and ordered that a pre-sentence report be prepared by a probation officer by October 25, 1991. On November 6, 1991, Appellant filed a motion to withdraw his plea. After a hearing, the Court denied the motion.
