The mother of three juveniles appeals from the family court's order granting the petition of the Commissioner of Social and Rehabilitation Services (SRS) to terminate residual parental rights. Appellant argues that (1) numerous findings and conclusions are unsupported by the record, (2) certain crucial findings and conclusions are based solely on hearsay, and (3) the finding of changed circumstances was not supported by clear and convincing evidence...
