In a trial before the court, appellant was found guilty of possession of marihuana in a useable quantity of more than four ounces but less than five pounds. Appellant pled true to two enhancements and punishment was assessed at confinement for thirty years in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
