Defendant Evason Jacobs was found guilty after trial by jury of first degree murder, section 565.020.1 RSMo 1986, and armed criminal action, section 571.015.1 RSMo 1986. He was sentenced to life imprisonment without parole on the murder count and life imprisonment on the armed criminal action count. The court ordered that the sentences be served concurrently.
