LEWIS, J.:

Claimant appeals from various orders of the district court in a workers compensation case. The appellees include U.S.D. No. 480, the employer, and its insurance carrier, Trinity Insurance. The Workers Compensation Fund (Fund) was determined to be responsible for 100% of the award, and the Fund is an additional appellee and cross-appellant. The Fund was originally appealing the issue of apportionment of liability, but advises it no longer pursues that issue...
