Defendant, David Sharlow, was charged by grand jury indictment with distribution of cocaine in violation of LSA-R.S. 40:967(A)(1). Following a trial by jury, defendant was found guilty as charged and sentenced as an habitual offender to 15 years at hard labor. He now appeals, alleging testimony of an undercover agent was incredible and hence insufficient to support his conviction. For the reasons hereinafter stated, we affirm defendant's conviction...
