Exxon Corporation appeals a final judgment of the district court awarding Chemical Distributors, Inc. ("CDI") damages, attorneys' fees and court costs for breach of contract and violations of the Louisiana Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law, La.Rev.Stat.Ann. §§ 51:1401-:1418. ("LUTPA"). We find that the magistrate judge did not err in allowing the jury to construe the contract or in sending CDI's unfair trade...
