John Morrison appeals his conviction for battery resulting in serious bodily injury, a Class C felony.1 Morrison presents four arguments for our review which are as follows:

I. Whether the trial court erred in failing to hold a hearing on defendant's motion for change of venue from the judge. II. Whether the trial court erred in limiting the scope of defendant's cross-examination of the victim. ...
