JONES, Judge.

The appellant, Robert Spurlock, was convicted of murder in the first degree by a jury of his peers. The jury sentenced the appellant to life in the Department of Correction.

The appellant contends that his constitutional rights to due process of law and a fair trial were violated because the State of Tennessee failed to furnish him exculpatory evidence within the meaning of Brady v. Maryland, 373 U.S. 83...
