In this labor arbitration case, the city of Peabody (city) appeals from a judgment confirming an American Arbitration Association award for the Peabody Police Benevolent Association (association). As nothing has been made to appear that would cause us to depart from the settled principle that, "[a]bsent fraud, errors of law or fact are not sufficient grounds to set aside an award" (Plymouth-Carver Regional Sch. Dist. v. J. Farmer & Co.,
