FARRIS, Justice.

Jimmie Dewayne Farrar was convicted of driving while intoxicated, subsequent offense. TEX.REV.CIV.STAT.ANN. art. 6701l-1 (Vernon Supp.1993). The jury found the alleged enhancement counts were true and assessed Farrar's punishment at two years confinement and a fine of $2,000.
