This is a lawyer discipline proceeding involving "reciprocal discipline" under Bar Rule of Procedure (BR) 3.5. The accused is a lawyer who was licensed to practice law in both Oregon and Michigan during the years relevant to this proceeding. He presently lives in Oregon.
