DIAMANTIS, Judge.

Appellant Franklin Ebaugh appeals the trial court's order directing him to pay 10% annual interest on restitution owed to two of his victims. We affirm.

The state charged Ebaugh with nine counts of grand theft. Pursuant to a plea agreement, Ebaugh pled nolo contendere to three of these counts, and the state entered a nolle prosequi as to the remaining counts. The trial court then placed Ebaugh on probation and, as a condition...
