OPINION

RUSSON, Associate Presiding Judge:

Jerry Lee Casida appeals the district court's denial of his petition for an extraordinary writ seeking habeas corpus relief under Utah Rule of Civil Procedure 65B. We affirm.

FACTS

Following a jury trial in November 1987, Jerry Lee Casida was convicted of rape, forcible sodomy, forcible sexual abuse and aggravated burglary. The trial court subsequently sentenced him to five years to life imprisonment...
