In this appeal, William, Jean, and Cynthia Burt (the Burts) contend that the district court erred when it granted summary judgment quieting title to real property in Sun Valley Land & Minerals, Inc. (Sun Valley), after determining that Sun Valley had received the property from a bona fide purchaser.
