John Ventriglia (father) appeals the trial court's order on the motion of Melissa Vaughan (mother) to correct an error in the final judgment. In its order, the circuit court judge held that the court had continuing jurisdiction to change the visitation which was established in the final judgment of dissolution of marriage without requiring a showing of a substantial change of circumstances.
