This is an appeal brought by Patrick "Dale" Kelley, plaintiff-appellant herein, from the trial court's judgment in favor of Kelley's prior employer, Louisiana Limestone Aggregates, Inc. and Cyprus Industrial Minerals Company, defendants-appellees herein. The trial court dismissed Kelley's suit against his employer for supplemental earnings benefits and medical expenses incurred after July 6, 1984, finding that they were unrelated to his on-the-job...
