The Commonwealth appeals from an order, entered by the Clay Circuit Court on September 14, 1992, granting Gary Runion's motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict. After reviewing the record, we are of the opinion that the trial court erred in its conclusion that the Commonwealth failed to prove reckless homicide beyond a reasonable doubt.
