Plaintiffs, Jimmy and Barbara Huff, brought a products liability action against Heckendorn Manufacturing Company, Inc. (Heckendorn). The complaint alleged in Count I that a riding mower was in a defective condition and unreasonably dangerous, and alleged a failure to warn of a dangerous propensity to slip into gear.
