Joseph Logestan, Jr. appeals from a jury verdict in favor of Hartford Steam Boiler Inspection and Insurance Company ("Hartford") in a negligence action Logestan brought against Hartford. Logestan claimed that a Hartford employee negligently inspected a boiler which exploded and injured him.
