GREGG v. GREGG

No. 92-0715.

623 So.2d 831 (1993)

Clarence GREGG, Appellant, v. Agatha S. GREGG, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District.

September 8, 1993.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Richard L. Rosenbaum of the Law Office of Richard L. Rosenbaum, Fort Lauderdale, for appellant.

Carole Wolf Miller, Fort Lauderdale, for appellee.

FARMER, Judge.

In this dissolution of marriage case, the trial court found that the house occupied during this remarriage, which lasted little more than six months, was wholly owned by him before their first marriage and thus did not constitute marital property. Without giving her a special equity in this house, the trial judge inexplicably gave her the exclusive use and possession of it, subject to her marrying again or their child becoming an adult.
