Upon a plea of not guilty, appellant Cleveland Hawkins was convicted of possession of less than twenty-eight grams of cocaine. Upon finding the indictment's two enhancement paragraphs true, the jury assessed appellant's punishment at confinement for life in the Texas Department of Corrections, Institutional Division. In a single point of error, appellant contends the trial court erred in overruling his suppression motion and admitting evidence recovered...
