BILLINGS, Presiding Judge:

Plaintiff Ohline Corporation filed this action to collect the balance of $9405 due for window shutters delivered to Granite Mill. Granite Mill acknowledged it received the shutters but claimed it was entitled to an offset equal to the $9405 unpaid purchase price because Ohline had breached the parties' contract by delivering the shutters late.
