SULLIVAN, Justice, for the Court:

Samuel Haymer appeals his conviction of grand larceny and sentence of five (5) years imprisonment in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections.

Haymer assigns as error the following:

I. That the circuit judge erred in denying his motion to suppress his confession made to Detective Michael Wallace. Haymer's confession was not voluntarily and was elicited as a result of threats, intimidation, and promises...
