JACKSON, Judge:

Appellant, Russell Demond, appeals from the trial court's dismissal of his state common law claims against appellees. We affirm.

FACTS

FHP sold an Employees Health Choice (ECHO) insurance policy to the Crescent Group, a small printing company in Salt Lake City. The policy was effective on June 1, 1989.
