Reda, appeal from an order of the circuit court of Lake County directing defendant-intervenor, the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation (Department), to pay plaintiffs $11,958.65 from the Real Estate Recovery Fund (Fund) (225 ILCS 455/23 (West 1992)).
