Helene Donna Alpert and Carl Henry Alpert appeal the district court's application of the United States Sentencing Guidelines (the "Sentencing Guidelines") in computing their sentences. The district court enhanced the Alperts' sentences for obstruction of justice because they moved to California while engaged in plea negotiations with the United States Attorney.
