This case involves consolidated actions that arise from a fire caused by the explosion of a propane tank at a construction site. Several claimants brought suit for alleged injuries and damages against Wirtz Rentals Company (Wirtz Rentals) and Country Gas Company (Country Gas) alleging the liability of each party on various grounds.
