Lisa and Ancel Harden ("Hardens") appeal from a declaratory judgment for Monroe Guaranty Insurance Company ("Monroe Guaranty") denying Lisa coverage for injuries from an automobile accident which occurred while Lisa was a customer of Independent Auto Brokers ("IAB").
