Plaintiff brought these claims for misrepresentation in the sale of real property against defendant seller Hoefflin and defendant real estate agent Boyd. The trial court granted defendants' motions for summary judgment, and awarded them attorney fees. Plaintiff appeals, assigning error to the summary judgment and to the award of attorney fees.
