Appellant Mary Boozier, an employee of the City of Houston, appeals pursuant to Tex.Civ.Prac. 51.014(5) from the trial court's denial of her motion for summary judgment1 in a case brought against her for defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and tortious interference with contract.
