This is an appeal from a summary judgment in favor of defendant tavern operators, in a civil action to recover for personal injuries resulting from an automobile accident. Defendants allegedly served alcoholic beverages to Morgan, the driver of a car that struck plaintiff's vehicle, injuring him.
