BROWN, Justice.

This appeal arises from a rape conviction where the appellant, Myrl Fox, received a sentence of 60 years imprisonment. The victim was his stepdaughter, A.B., who was 14 years old at time of trial. He challenges his conviction on two grounds: (1) insufficiency of the evidence, and (2) refusal of the trial court to order the release of an unfounded report of sexual abuse made by A.B. Both arguments are without merit, and we affirm.
