Appellant Kenneth Reynolds is attempting to appeal an enforcement order dated February 6, 1993. After the Court reviewed the transcript, it noted that the order did not prejudice him. Accordingly, the Court asked the parties to brief whether the Court had jurisdiction over the appeal.
