OPINION

BENCH, Judge:

Defendant, Gerald Garrett, appeals his conviction for possession of a stolen vehicle, a second degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 41-1-112 (Supp.1991). We affirm.

BACKGROUND

On June 29, 1991, Gerald and Josephine Hood reported to the police that their white 1980 Cadillac with Texas license plates was missing. That same day, but before the report was made, a police officer was patrolling the west side...
