Plaintiff Floyd Heno and two of his daughters appeal a district court order dismissing their claims for compensatory and injunctive relief against the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC").1 We affirm the district court's dismissal, 815 F.Supp. 507, of the claim for injunctive relief pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6), but vacate its Rule 12(b)(1) order...
