Plaintiff received a judgment against Defendants for $1,000 nominal damages after the trial court determined Plaintiff failed to prove actual damages.1 At the close of Plaintiff's case the trial court directed a verdict in favor of Defendants regarding the submissibility of Plaintiff's claim for punitive damages.
