Vernon Graham sued Henry Edwards and his employer, the Caddo Parish School Board, and their insurer, United Community Insurance Company for personal injuries and property damage sustained as a result of a vehicular accident. Graham alleged that the accident was caused by Edwards' negligence while operating the Caddo Parish School Board's tractor.
