I. STATEMENT OF CASE

After the district court sustained the defendant-appellee Nebraska State Bar Association's demurrer to the plaintiff-appellant Robert E. Wheeler's amended petition, Wheeler elected to stand on that pleading. The district court thereafter dismissed the suit.
