PER CURIAM.

Robert Frank Alexander Frye appeals from a grant of summary judgment in favor of appellee, the Secretary of Defense,1 in this action for handicap discrimination brought under the Rehabilitation Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 791, 794. The district court2 held that Frye rejected an "offer of full relief" and therefore was not entitled to maintain this lawsuit. We affirm.
