Kaminski, was convicted in a bench trial in the circuit court of Du Page County of the criminal sexual assault of a 17-year-old minor, while he held a position of supervision in relation to her (Ill.Rev.Stat.1989, ch. 38, par. 12-13(a)(4)), and sentenced to five years' imprisonment.
